Set Auto Priority for VIP Users

Hi Team,

I have a VIP Users group in JSM Datacenter, Regarding this i have a query on VIP users, When any of the VIP users are set as reporter while creating a ticket - the ticket priority should be automatically set to - SR1/P1 and there should be an automatic level designated as "VIP Users" in the ticket highlight with Flag symbol in ticket.

Can anyone suggest me with the suitable solution for my query?

hi @venkata nalluri , welcome to the community.

Assuming that you are an administrator you can use Automation for this under project settings. If you are not an administrator, please contact one for assistance.

Trigger - issue created

condition - field condition, Assignee is one of A,B,C...

Action - edit issue, priority = sr1/p1, level = VIP User, Flagged = xxx

@Jack BrickeyI have multiple users are there in VIP Users group, in that group anyone can create a ticket at any time, in this case i need the auto priority and flag option is required.
i have seen here in automation group wise approvals/creations are not possible right?
