Service management project creation

When i create a project, i do not see the usual name, details and templates option. Instead i'm given options to choose between Kanban, Scrum or Bug.

Sounds like you are only seeing the Software projects and not the Service projects.

Do you have a dropdown to switch between the project type at the project creation page?

Otherwise, could you double check you still have a valid subscription for JSM?

Hey Dirk, yup looks like my account is enabled as an administrator. Once i got that enabled i got to the service management project creation page.
