Your invoice to us (Keuruun Sähkö Oy) has been probably sent to our former employee, so we haven't got it. Could You please send it to me?

We would really appreciate if You could reconnect our JIRA service ASAP :)

Hi @Katja Hannikainen 

I am not seeing any services suspended under your account.  However your account is not a site-admin, nor billing/technical contact on any account either.  If you need to adjust something with the billing or invoice from Atlassian, I recommend reaching out via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/?inquiry_category=billing_licensing&support_type=customer

In turn this should allow you to create a CA ticket so that our customer advocates can assist you.
