Service desk -> Request types -> configure visible fields

issue type = Content Update

screen scheme for this issue type = MyScreen (contain 12 Fields)

This request type which you can see on picture used 6 fields from above screen scheme.

But why it showing that used 6 out of 9 fields?

There are 12, not 9 total available fields.

Also when I pressed "Add a field" there are only 3 additional items, not 6 as it should be(total 12 = 6 used + 6 additional not used yet).

Can't get logic...

?
