Hi, 

Our customers can't send in any issues since the issues doesn't show in our project. It seems that the issues get stuck somewhere. 

 

How to fix this? It's urgent.

Hello,

If you are on Server, then you should look in the atlassisn-jira.log file for errors.

Do you have a cloud or a server environment.

If you are on cloud, I think it will be best to raise an issue for the Atlassian Support here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

If you are an server, I think the logs might be a good starting point.
