Service Project Automation 'when form submitted' is not available

On-prem JSM data center. My project is setup as a service project. I wanted to test the  automation's 'when form submitted' .  I do not see this option when creating a new rule.  Is this option available in data center?

Hello @Pamela Hein ,

we do not have trigger as Form submitted. Since your form is attached to request type which in turn will create an issue, you can use the trigger as "Issue Created" and that should work.
