Hello Atlassian Community, we are currently looking for a solution for a portal for our customers to create tickets etc.
Jira Service Management looks like a good choice since we already use Jira Sofware, problem is that im not managing to configure Jira Service Management to work with our contracts.
Is there any way to configure a field on the help portal where a customer can choose its contracts?
What we want is when a customer is creating a ticket on the portal they can choose the contract that they want to use, but this must be linked to the customers / organization so they cant see all the contracts available only the ones they own.
Insight looked like it would be the solution but on Cloud its now called Assets and i cant seem to figure out if this could resolve our problem.

Assets will work for this, but you'll have a bit of overhead.
