Service Desk project view restriction

Siradel
October 7, 2020

Hello,

We want to give access to JIRA Service Desk to one of our users so that they can process tickets for a service desk project.

Problem: When we give it a Service Desk license, it is necessarily added to the "jira-servicedesk-users" group, which gives it access to all the other projects, but we don't want it to have access to these projects , only to the one he has the right to.

Can you help us ?

@Siradel

Go to the project and under Users and roles add him under service desk team. Instead of add user to jira-servicedesk-users group
