Service Desk portal links and icons/text are not aligned

I am trying to get my service desk portal configured and looking the way I want it to, but I noticed that the clickable area for each request type does not align with the actual icon or text:

 Notice that I have to move the mouse above the text before it becomes clickable:

I created another project just to see if it would be different (i.e. I messed this up somehow), and it is not - the same thing happens. I have tried different web browsers as well.

This is definitely undesirable - how do I fix it?
