Hi Guys,
I'm very new to this, but I set up a service desk for a customer, and it has since been deleted automatically. Our customer called us and said the URL link we sent them is no longer active. - Below is a screenshot of how it looked. Is there anyway to retrieve it, or do we need to setup a new one?
There is no "automatic delete" - the only way to delete a service desk is for a human to click delete, (or not pay the bill so the entire Cloud system is removed) One of your administrators deleted the service desk (or possibly moved it somewhere else?). The administration audit log should tell you who did it,
There's no way to recover a deleted project/portal unless you have a backup
Yeah we were setup on the free version but I had planned to switch this across to the $10 per month account.. I'm the only admin and I didn't delete it..
Unfortunately I didn't create a backup so guess its gone now.. bugger

Actually, no, you've assumed "delete" but the error message is actually "no access".
One of your admins has disabled the portal by revoking customer access to it.

Ive added in 2 screenshots, 1st of how the desktop looks now (empty) and 2nd of the error message saying I can't use that name again.. which indicates that the service desk still exists somewhere??

Did you by any chance remove anyone's access to this project? Do you see the project in the Projects list in the Administration view?
