Hi I think we're having a similar issue. 

We use Jira Cloud for our IT tickets and when I use the "share this issue by emailing to other users" option the link that they receive fails and takes them back to our initial home portal instead of to the ticket. If I provide them with a link in a different format they can access the ticket so they are allowed to see it but the auto-generated link is not correct. Help! Thanks!
