When looking to configure the Service Desk widget, I click:
Settings>Widget
Unfortunately, I am presented with the following error message:
"We can't load the widget right now. Try again in a little while."
I have tried on numerous occasions which suggests it isn't time based but, is instead, a configuration issue. Any help resolving would be appreciated.
Hi Tom,
Have you imported the project where you are trying to enable the widget? If yes, I would advise you to raise a ticket with the Atlassian support team.
If this is a new project:
* Make sure the "atlassian-addons-project-access" role has the Service Desk Agent permission
* Check if the system user Jira Service Desk Widget is active
* Check if the add-on user is in the "jira-servicedesk-users" group.
Glauco Guimarães
Thanks Glauco,
This service desk was imported from a Server install into the Cloud version. I suspect I have to raise a ticket.
Thanks for your help,
Tom

Dear Glauco,
I have the same error message but with a new created project.
I already checked the first and third point. Can you please tell me where I can check your second point? (* Check if the system user Jira Service Desk Widget is active )
Thank you in Advance

@GlaucoI am also getting this issue, I'm currently demoing the service desk software and Jira so I'm new. Could explain a little more on where to check each of the solutions you mentioned.
