Hello dear community,
we want to offer for our customers in the service desk that they can see all their placed tickets. Unfortunately, this is only possible if the ticket creator adds all participants manually. This is very annoying and time-consuming for our customers. In the attached picture you can see the filter setting "created by any person" in the Service Desk. We would like our customers' employees to be able to automatically view all created tickets among each other according to this filter setting. Without the ticket creator having to manually add the potential ticket viewers.
I am happy to receive feedback.
Kind regards
Stefan
You can group customers with organizations. So, when a user creates a ticket, other members of this organization can see it too.
Please check Group customers into organizations page.
Thank you so much, that solved my problem! Love greetings

Hi Stefan,
In native jira, this is not possible. You can search for apps in https://marketplace.atlassian.com
