Service Desk Report in confluence

Hi All,

I do a weekly report I would like to stop doing this in MS Work and use confluence.

There are 3 items on the report that I cant get in confluence unless i screenshot them:

• The Service Management "Time to resolution" report
• Also an Increase/Decrease graph of tickets from each department from last week to this week 
• Customer Satisfaction

Has anyone got an idea of how I can do this it would be really beneficial to me?

Also: does confluence have automation on the page that I can set where it refreshes the data on the page and sends it out on a certain day/time to an email address?

In Confluence, you have the ability to create three different charts; pie, created vs resolved and two-dimensional.   https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/insert-the-jira-chart-macro/ 

All three of the reports you are looking for are not available in Confluence.   There are reporting apps that provide additional functionality that you could look into and see if they meet your needs. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=cloud&product=confluence&query=jira%20reports
