In our Service Desk Portal, users can go and click on My Requests at the top. The Open and All Requests seems to be broken in Server 7.8 or my configuration.
I created custom work flows and the status are "Resolved" and in the Done category, but when Open Requests it shows Resolved as Open. Is there a way of manipulating that jSQL to reflect my workflow status?

Thanks so much for your question.
The JQL is not editable. Jira Service Desk uses the resolution field to identify if the request is open or closed. If the resolution field is empty the request is considered Open.
