Service Desk Customers Permissions - Status Change

Can Service Desk customers can be given access to edit the status by them selfs ? i.e both agents and customers should have ability to change the status of issue. I tried in global permissions etc, but cant figure of any option. Please let me know if Service desk support this option ?

Hello @Venkateswarlu_Inturi 

It's possible, you need to edit your permission scheme to give them the transition issue permission

Then edit your workflow to show transition in the customer portal.
