Service Desk Cloud approvals through email or app

can Approve or Deny be done through embedded buttons in emails? through Jira app?

I see it can be done with hosted but not through Cloud?

When is that expected?

Hi there,

Currently, it's not possible to approve requests via Email or Mobile using Jira Cloud.
We have feature requests suggesting the implementation of such ability:

- As a user, I want to be able to approve requests through the mobile app

- Allow approvals to work via email

We're supporting Approve/Decline buttons for Service Request with approvals notifications with our add-on Raley Email Notifications
