I would like to know if I can enable chrome push notifications for open alerts on Atlassian Service Desk or if there is an add-on that allows me to do this. I ask you this because in our case the end customer needs real-time assistance so the operator can not wait for the system to send an email but must receive a real time notification to take charge.
