Service Desk Automation Rules Rendering Problem

Hi All,

When editing automation rules, the "When" and "If" images are displaying vertically.  We're seeing this anomaly in IE 11, Firefox and Chrome.  Haven't found any related hits in our searches on the net and we've tried everything we can think of to resolve ( clear cache, latest browser versions, maximize screens/windows, etc.  Wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue.  Screen shot of the display is included.

Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
I've tested here but used a different version of Jira and it worked normally.
As a first test, can you please upgrade your Jira?
The JSD 3.9.1 was released in 2017, so it's important to upgrade in order to fix issues.
