Is there a way to audit changes to the "People" section of Service Desk cloud? Individuals keep appearing in that People section, and we've moved to Role-based access. I need to know if these are somehow being auto-added or if someone is going in there and adding users.

If you are a Jira Admin you can view the audit log for the system. Role changes are logged there and you will see an update that looks like this.
With this, I was adding a user to the project with the service desk team.
