I would like to send an automated message when   I   update an Incident priority to High or Critical.

Is this possible?

@Denise Hipson, you can have a look at this similar thread. I was thinking JSD built in automation might do it but a quick look proved otherwise. I'm sure there are addons that could assist with this for sure and would recommend a bit of search in the Marketplace.
