I am new to Jira so still getting my head around how it works, as I have used service now for the past 7 years.
What I am looking for is around requests and is it possible in Jira to report on the following
A Service Commitment which is the time that the business states we would take to fix/replace a laptop (the Time period will be longer for the user than the actual " worktime")
Example - Laptop 5 days, Email issue 4 hours
So I can report on the over all time its taken to fix an issue or send out a new laptop as part of a Joiner, against the individual Assignment Group SLAs.
