Sending image to the customer from comment via email

Hello!

When I add an image to the comment and sent it to the customer, it converting to a thumbnail by default:

!image_name.png|thumbnail!

And the customer sees a very small image when he opens a reply with this comment from mail.

If I delete manually |thumbnail the customer gets a full-sized image. So... Can I add images by default without converting to a thumbnail?

Yes I read this article. But we do not want to disable thumbnails at all. We just want to send our customers images in readable size...
