Is it possible to send the attributed comment in a Customer Satisfaction Survey to the Service Desk Agents? If Yes, can we filter by evaluation rate? I mean, only 5-star comments will be sent to agents. I already tried to do it by automation, but unsuccessfully.
I've read some posts, but no one of them has mentioned this feature.

Currently, it's not possible to send the satisfaction results and comments via email.
We do have a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:

As a workaround, you can check our Marketplace and use an add-on that may have more functionalities than Jira's Csat.
