I am using JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Is there anyway that I can send email to watchers whenever agent add a new watcher to the request? I also have JIRA ScriptRunner.

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
I was able to find an add-on for Jira Server that would help with this but unfortunately, it is not available for Cloud.
We've tagged both Adaptavist (makers of ScriptRunner) and the Marketplace collection in case any other vendors have any idea of what you can use, but I can confirm it's not possible in the built-in Jira application.
Thanks for the reply. That's very disappointing to hear it. I do hope you could re-consider this feature to be included in the future enhancement of JIRA Cloud.
