Is it possible to send an outgoing email from Jira without an issue?
I am currently trying out Jira Service Desk and Jira Email This Issue together with Jira Software and have found how to send an issue to another email adress. But is it possible for the agents to send a costumer the first mail, without them having sent in an issue?
