We would like jira service management settings to send email notifications only to the user who raised the ticket. As far as we can tell, currently either all users or no users get email notifications.

With our app, you can create multiple notification rules for different scenarios. It allows you notify people independently and with fully customizable templates.

Hi @Andrew Steele , JSM has two different configurations for notifications: customers and agents/users. Both of these are found under project settings. When you say you only want the reporter to receive notifications do you mean you don't want the agent to be updated? Regardless set up the configurations in the two areas to meet your specific needs. Be sure to consider Watchers (under Notifications) and Request Participants (under Custome notifications).
