Select Multiple Values from a Lookup Table

Hi

I have a table of records that is car manufacturer and various models. 

Using the filed Object I can only select the Car Manufacturer. Is it possible that I can pick the Car Manufacturer with the model so that two fields are populated. 

Hence the records in the lookup table is something like this  - 

Audi  X1

Audi X2

Audi X3 

BMW Z1

BMW Z2

If I select Audi X3, is it possible that the manufacturer and the model is picked and populated?

Can you provide some additional information?  Where does the lookup table exist currently?  Is each car associated with the manufacture or are you just parsing it out of the car field?
