When encountering intermittent issues such as gadgets failing to load, and comments not appearing as expected, have any of you come across any documentation that outline troubleshooting steps?
I've checked the Atlassian Jira Service Management documentation, but did not find any formal articles specifically covering these issues.
If you know of any existing documentation that could support this, I would greatly appreciate it.

There's not a lot of documentation on this because it could be anything. "Intermittent" strongly implies that you have network or server overload issues. Either way, the only things you can do to debug it are generalised monitoring - read the server logs, looking for errors when you have the problems, and monitor the load on your network.
