Seeking alternatives

Hi all,

Regarding Jira Service Desk and Confluence specifically, I now need to find an alternative on-premise solution and figure it would help to ask other people in my situation.

Do any of you have any recommendations you're willing to share?

This site a list of alternatives, unfortunately there is nothing that I've found that has the robustness and ease of use of Jira.  https://bye-bye-server.com/
