Hello, Is there a way the customer will be able to see who is logged into the customer portal. At the moment the only way is for the customer to click on their photo on the top right but a lot of customers don't have photos. Is there a way on an issue to say for example - Bill Bloggs is logged in. We don't have the option for customers to log on behalf of only agent can. Happy to show a screenshot if needed
