Security Vulnerabilities

Hi Team,

We are currently using JIRA Service Desk 3.13.2,  We have recently received an Security Vulnerabilities on this version . I can see that there are 2 mitigation's mentioned on that page to add to the  file "urlrewrite.xml "Can i please get an help on this to perform the mitigation on this issue.

this file should be created manually if it doesn't exist yet on your instance.
