Hello! I manage the customer support poject for a small business and as such have a site-admin role with all permissions.
As of yesterday there are parts of my project that when I try to access them or change their settings I am denied access with the "This project isn't availible" message.
I cannot access portal settings, SLAs, knowledge base and others.
Thing is: I don't recall changing any project settings in the past few days.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you!
Hi @Matheus Neves - I would verify the following:
@Matheus Neves as @Mark Segall stated you most likely do not have a JSM license associated to your account. The other issue could be that there are other project admins and you were removed from the role on the project that provided agent access. You should check and make sure that you are an agent on the service management project you are having difficulty using.

Hello @Mark Segall and @Brant Schroeder! Thank you for your quick replies! I do have a JSM license (albeit a free one, if that matters), am the "project owner" and part of the site-admins group, which grants me product access and management privileges. Is there something else I could be missing? There is only one more site-admin, but he made no changes recently.
