Hello.

I installed ServiceDesk and Confluence.
And I also did the application linking between ServiceDesk and Confluence.

However, a search error occurred in Search InputFiled on the Service Desk Portal.

The cases are as follows:

1. Using English only :
- (O) ServiceDesk : Found contents
- (O) Confluence : Found contents

used English.png

2. Using Korean :

- (O) ServiceDesk : Found contents
- (X) Confluence : Not Found Contents

used Korean.png

Except for Service Desk Portal, search in Korean is well done in Jira and Confluence

If you look at the screenshot, OAuth error occurs when searching in Korean, but I don't know why.

Hello @devsmarf

By the details provided about your error, I believe that it might be caused by the following bug on Confluence:

Cannot link a JIRA issue to a Confluence page (over SSL) when the Page Title contains Comma, Colon, and/or other Special Characters

The steps to reproduce are different, however, I believe the same root cause might be causing both errors. Can you confirm if the same errors are returned? Also, check if the workaround proposed (Use JIRA Macros to mention the JIRA Issue in the Confluence Page) works for you.

If that's not what you are facing, I would like to create a ticket for further investigation. Can you provide us with the logs that appear in your Atlassian.logs file when reproducing the error so we can add the correct information in the ticket?

Let us know if you have any questions.
