Is there some feature or addon that let customers search or filter a ticket from the opened ticket list using a custom field value? For example using a invoice number that was entered in the request form.
Im using JSD Cloud.

This is possible only with addons, you can try the one we created - Advanced Portal Reports. It allows you to show many custom fields to the portal customers, also to sort and rearrange columns, export to CSV, etc.

I'm trying it. Is there some way to show other fields than the SLAs on the ticket view? For example, one of the fields that I would like to show in the ticket view is the ticket assignee.
