Script runner behaviour in Customer Portal

Hello, currently in our company we use JSM, it's not on the cloud, it's self-hosted.

We have a script runner behavior that works so that when a specific department is selected, the hardware and software bundles to install are immediately displayed, that's how it works internally

I need that to happen in the customer portal, but it is not working, I have already mapped the customer portal to the behaviour and still not working:
