[Script runner + Jira Service Desk] Put regexp validation on field in specific request on JSD porta

I want to put regexp validation in script runner on field that is used on specific request form on JSD portal. I know how to build regexp validation using scripr runner (I use it in some projects) but I don't know how I can activate this validation only for issue that will be created from specific request on JSD portal.

Can you help me with this?
