Script Listener - change assigne / agent to dummy to hide agent in FROM: Mail field

Hello folks,

our USE CASE looks like this: We send mails in JIRA SD to external adresses via JETI when a comment is triggered by an agent - the mail contains the agent comment. This works perfectly, while we extract the external mail adress in a custom field when a ticket gets created via external mail. We react then with JETI Notifications to issue comment events and use the Custom Mail field as address.

PROBLEM: The mails show the agent name in FROM: field (we already configured the from field in the mail handler - the agent is still and always shown) There are several tickets open for this issue but it's not possible to remove the agents name so far.

OUR WORKAROUND: Script listener which reacts to issue commented and issue commented in transition events -> changes the assigne to dummy user and then we use this in JETI instead of issue commented and issue commented in transition event.

FINAL PROBLEM: Even if we say render.current.issue() in the mail template in JETI, the triggered mail is empty and contains just the hardcoded html signature. The current comment gets lost somewhere and we can't find anything wrong. Some ideas for this problem? Without the script listener as intermediary everythign works fine and JETI is able to send current comment in the triggered mails.
