Screenshots in comments not working

We have an internal ticketing system for web projects and rely on screenshots in comments/email replies. When someone pastes a screenshot through their email client we used to see the screenshot themselves in the thread in Jira. Recently, we've been seeing the attachment name instead of the screenshot.

 

Is there a way to fix this?

Hi @Kris  - do these users still have the permission to manage attachments?  Are the pictures viewable to you in the attachments section?
