I have created a new Project with the customer service management template. I also have insert a new issue type. For the new issue typ i am not able to see all fields in the Creation mask but for the issuetype "New Feature" it works. The Screenconfiguration should also be correct.
Do you know what may is the problem

I just found the issue by my self - it doesn't work when correctly when the issue type is a request type.
