Our team are trying to create a system where our daily BAU task tickets are created automatically and assigned as per our rota. And if it is possible to assign the follow on ticket as soon as the intial one has been moved to a different queue. For example
SOD - scheduled to be created at 9am Monday to Friday
Assigned to - Processer Sue drops into her personal queue
Sue moves to Ready to Auth Queue once completed the task
Assigned to - Authoriser Yas drops into her personal queue
Money in IAT created and Assigned to Sue.
Does JIRA cloud have this level of functionality? We would also be looking to change the Processors andAuthorisers on a weekly but sometimes daily basis.

In Jira automations you can search for "schedule a recurring ticket" to achieve your requirement depending on time and occurrence
after that you can choose "then" action to proceed further steps on assigning issue to respective member.
