My team were unable to access Jira Service Management at a little after midnight Saturday 19th October.
Was there an official Maintenance Window or was there an issue.
I do not recall seeing any notification about any upcoming maintenance.
If there was can someone please advise if and how this was communicated.
I agreed with @Manoj Gangwar , there was no scheduled downtime on JSM for all customers from Atlassian.

It seems it is an issue just for your site. You should contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) to find out the reason of the downtimes for your site.

Hi @Rus Yates-Aylott I have not seen any issue reported recently. You may check if there is some network issue if you are using vpn
