We have some users complaining that we don't answer their e-mails. They all seem to send their mails to jira@...........atlassian.net. After some searching it seems that this is the reply adres of mails send by jira after a custommer made a ticket. This will probably work when commenting with in Jira but mails send to the adres don't show up in our portal
Can I change this to an adress within our own domain without wreaking havoc on how the Jira ticket system/portal works?
