Hello,
Our company already uses Jira Software Cloud and we are evaluating to use Jira Service Desk. We have a web application with its own userbase. Our goal is ti use Jira Service Desk as our Web Software Customer Panel. To do this, we need our users could login into Jira Service Desk without have to do two login access, one in our web and another one it Jire Service.
We want that the users that are already logged in our web would have a link so they can click and with some kind of SSO they are already login in Jira Service Desk. It's this possible?
Thank you so much.
Hi Luis,
Currently, it's not possible to integrate SSO for customers to log in.
We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the feature.
For now, a workaround is to migrate the customers to Atlassian account.
The first step is to remove all the "user defaults" on Product access. This configuration will ensure that your customers will not receive any license after the migration.
Then you can go to Jira Service Desk > Portal Only Customers > Select the customer > Migrate to Atlassian account.
Hope this helps!
If you have any other question, please let us know.
Regards,
Angélica
