Hi, is there a way to integrate SSO with a vendor's JSM? We are currently using an on-prem jira server. From my understanding, JSM does not currently support SSO integration. One workaround could be to migrate our on-prem jira to Atlassian Access but that is not part of our roadmap for this year. Is there another alternative that would allow us to integrate our SSO with the vendor's JSM without migrating our on-prem jira server to the cloud?

Hi @Rajashree Deka ,

As I understand you want to integrate SSO for JSM. Please correct me if I am wrong.

We do have SSO solutions that could easily satisfy your use case.

Please reach out to us at atlassiansupport@xecurify.com and we can discuss the same in detail.

Thanks,

Aditya
