SSL Certificate issue

I am facing the below error when I hit an rest service all over form Jira,

javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Certificate for <login-int.cotiviti.com> doesn't match any of the subject alternative names: [*.kerberos.oktapreview.com, kerberos.oktapreview.com]

I installed the certificates in the certs($JAVA_HOME/jre/lib/security/cacerts,) and same the error still persists. Could anyone help me on this.

Is your certificate self-signed?

You should check out the SSL chain to ensure that it's complete.
