SQl Server 2016 is supported in Jira

Firas AlTamimi

We are utilizing internal database,H2  for our Jira which has started causing issues, so we need to migrate the database to other database ,we prefered to use  Sql Server 2016 .

On the Jira website nothing is mentioned for the supported version only for MS-SQl 2012 which is end of life by Microsoft .

Please advise on this as priority .

Thanks for the response.Currently we are using

Jira Software 7.13.0 ,& jira Sd 3.16.0 ,to use sql server 2016 we need to upgrade to 8.0.

Will it have any impact if upgraded to 8.0

You don't have to upgrade to Jira 8.0. Because your current version 7.13.0 also supports SQL Server 2016.
