Hello,
I'm having an issue where users can't create tickets because some of the default fields are pulled from Insight which isn't working. I try to edit the default value of the custom fields but it errors out because Insight won't run.
When I try to run Insight I get: This error page

It's been running fine for a long up until I noticed on Friday that tickets stopped coming in, nothing on the server has changed in the last 3 weeks. Any idea where to start?
I've tried rebooting the server, Jira health report is all green, SQL server appears to be running fine too. This is the first real issue I've had with Jira/Addons so not sure where to go next.
