SM 5.4.11 compatibility

Dear Community, 

is Service Management 5.4.11 compatible with Jira Software 9.5.4? Or is it intended that each single version is compatible to the exact counterpart of Jira Software only (in this case 9.5.11)?

If you use them combined in single installation, yes you need to have the versions aligned as the make use of one DB.

If you are running the products with both their own backend, the versions can differ, but I would not recommend it, if you have connections between the 2 options.
