Hello @dayakar mareddy!  It would be very beneficial if you could paste a picture of the SLA definitions you are using.  Do both of these conditions involve the same issue?

My gut feel is that this involves an empty resolution so be sure to check that.  I can help more if you can give me more background information.  Cheers!
